
The Cadetship Training Program (CTP) is a developmental program designed
to develop future leaders of the company as Water/Wastewater System Managers.
The program consists of two phases: the first phase that provides participants opportunities for specialized training and work experience for six months, and the second phase that consists of a career management program that will ensure the success of management trainees who perform well. The first phase aims to develop in the participants excellence in technical, business and management skills while the second phase provides a fast-track career mechanism and continuing education for the participants.

Currently, Manila Water has graduated 195 from its cadetship training program since the program’s inception in 1999. Of the 195, 170 already belong to the management team, and 55 of these 170 are already full-fledged managers.
